Medical marijuana moves ‘to the next level’: Pa. Rep. Gainey (video)
The prospects of medical marijuana in Pennsylvania have taken a dramatic turn in less than a week. Faced with the prospect of a procedural revolt, an unsupportive House committee chairman agreed to move a Senate-passed medical marijuana bill out of his committee.The bill now is in the committee of House Majority Leader Dave Reed, R-Indiana, who apparently has assigned a task force to focus on the issue.
