Services shrinking for mental health, piece abuse
Many people pang from mental health and piece abuse disorders are struggling to find assistance as internal appropriation for diagnosis programs dwindles and state appropriation stays flat.
More community-based diagnosis programs were ostensible to follow a closure of North Alabama Regional Hospital in June, though such internal programs miss funding.
